Basic Life Support HeartSaver
Covers how the heart and circulatory system work, and how that knowledge may help you avoid a heart attack through sensible, prudent lifestyle. You will learn how to recognise warning signs of heart attack and stroke and what to do if they occur. You will also learn how to treat respiratory distress, CPR and choking.

Paediatric Basic Life Support
The goal of this course is to reduce the number of childhood deaths caused by injuries and breathing or cardiovascular problems. You will learn how to recognise when an infant or child is in distress, how to get help, help a choking infant or child who is not breathing or is without a heartbeat by performing CPR.
